How to book your stay
Booking a stay is done via the ELLOHA platform and the regional marketing tool (ORC) of VisitWallonia .
First step: the availability calendar
Below you will find an overview of thebooking calendar for each of the two cottages.
This allows you to easily identify:
– periods already booked (in red)
– the available periods (in green).
Second step: making a reservation
Next, complete the search form by indicating:
– your arrival day
– the number of nights (minimum 2)
– the number of people (maximum 2 for the small kangaroo and maximum 4 for the large kangaroo – babies under 2 years old NOT included)
By clicking the "search" button, you will be automatically redirected to the ELLOHA website.
A new window will open in your browser (you can then return to our website).
Then follow the instructions given on the ELLOHA website to make your reservation.

By booking both cottages together, you have the entire accommodation, which can easily accommodate a group of up to 6 people (+1 baby if possible).
How does the booking process for your stay work?
Your booking via ELLOHA is 100% secure.
You will receive confirmation :
- either immediately (2-person cottage or 4-person cottage),
- either within a maximum period of one day (holiday home for 6 people).
It is also possible to book a stay through:
– Booking
– Airbnb
However, the pricing conditions are more advantageous for you if you book directly via the ELLOHA platform (lower commissions).
You can also make your reservation via the Gîtes et Chambres d'hôtes en Wallonie website : the rates are the same as if you booked directly from our website. Currently, only the Gîte Le Petit Kangourou can be booked through this link.
Rental rates (via our website)
Our rates include :
– All the usual charges for a stay (water, electricity, heating, gas for cooking).
– Provision of household linen (bedding, bathroom and kitchen; from 01/02/2025).
– Tourist tax (€1 per person per night).
– The costs of maintaining the linen provided to you, the common areas and the surrounding areas.
– Value Added Tax (VAT) of 6%.
Caution : We also reserve the right to request a security deposit, set at €200 per stay (for 2 to 4 people) or €400 per stay (for 6 people). This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay if the tenant owes no outstanding balance to the landlord upon departure.
These pricing terms are included in the sales contract concluded at the end of the booking process.

Discover our special offers & promotions
Discount of 3 to 8% depending on the length of stay
We offer discounts depending on the length of your stay.
These discounts are valid for all three of our accommodation offers throughout the year.
The discounts are as follows:
- 3 -night stay : -3%
- Stay of 4 or 5 nights: -5%
- Stay of 6 nights or more: -8%.
These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
5% discount for Early Bird bookings
For any booking made at least 30 days before your arrival, you will receive a 5%.
This discount is valid for all three of our accommodation offers throughout the year.
To benefit from this, you must meet the following two conditions:
- opt for a stay of a minimum duration of 3 days.
- Book your stay at least 30 days in advance.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
5% discount for a midweek stay in low and mid-season
For any midweek stay (arrival on Monday OR Tuesday), benefit from a 5%.
This discount is valid in low and mid-season for stays in:
– Little Kangaroo Cottage
– Grand Kangourou cottage
And for a stay of a minimum duration of 3 days.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
NB: low and mid seasons = all year round except: July, August, school holidays in Belgium of at least one week.
