Check-in conditions
Normally, your arrival at Gîtes Kangourou is possible between 4pm and 8pm.
- We welcome you personally upon your arrival. Together, we tour the gîte you have reserved, so that you quickly feel at home.
- Do you want to arrive before 4 p.m.? This is sometimes possible and it depends on the occupancy of the gîte on the day of your arrival. Earlier arrival is always subject to prior agreement, depending on availability.
- Are you arriving after 8 p.m.? Exceptionally, we can welcome you after 8 p.m., but never after 10 p.m.
In the days preceding your arrival, we will contact you to clarify the arrangements for your arrival.

The departure time must be respected:
- No later than 11 a.m., if you rent the Le Petit Kangourou gîte
- No later than 10:30 a.m., if you rent the Grand Kangourou gîte or the holiday home.
Please note that it is not possible to deviate from these departure times: we intervene to put the gîtes back in order for the following occupants. Any late departure disrupts our internal organization.
When you leave, you make sure to return the gîte in the same state of cleanliness in which you found it on your arrival. We refer you to the instructions in our welcome folder for tidying up the gîte before your departure.
We are present at the time of your departure, to collect the keys and to ensure that your stay goes smoothly.
Instructions for your stay in a gîte
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we have established a few simple rules. We expect you to take these different rules into consideration:
- Respect for the premises : Take care of the facilities and equipment. Report any defects to us immediately.
- Quiet hours : Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the occupants of the other gîte.
- Recycling : Use the recycling bins provided for household waste. Instructions for effective sorting are provided in the cottage.
- Furniture : we ask that you do not move the furniture and leave the layout in its original state.
- Non-smoking : The cottages are strictly non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided for smoking on one of the terraces at the rear of the building.
- Free Wi -Fi is available .
- Thetap water is drinkable.
