In the peaceful Neffe district, this cottage in Dinant for 2 people offers you an ideal setting to recharge your batteries, while discovering Dinant and its region.
This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It occupies nearly 60 m² on one level.

À proximité de la cuisine, la terrasse vous permet de prendre un repas dehors. Et, en soirée, vous pouvez y apprécier les derniers rayons du soleil.
- Proximité avec la nature : notre gîte vous donne un accès direct à des sentiers de randonnée et au RAVeL pour des balades à pied ou à vélo. Départ du gîte, sans devoir prendre la voiture.
- Une vue imprenable sur la Meuse : par la fenêtre de la chambre, ou même depuis le salon, vous pouvez apprécier le cours paisible et reposant du fleuve. Ou observer le mouvement des bateaux sur la Meuse.

We had a very good stay in the cottage!
The apartment is truly welcoming, with all the comforts and an incredible view of the Meuse River and the garden off the living room. The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful, as is the beautiful town of Dinant , where Marc gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Free parking is available near the apartment, and there's plenty of parking in town as well! I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this apartment to friends!
There were three of us (including our 16-month-old daughter) for a long weekend in Marc's apartment and we felt very comfortable right away.
The apartment is very nicely furnished and decorated, very modern and simply comfortable.
Our daughter loved that the windowsills were so low and watched the cars and boats on the river all the time, or the birds in the garden. The view was also a personal highlight for us because, no matter which window you were in, you always had a beautiful view.
The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although it's on the street, there's very little noise through the windows. The floors in the apartment above us creaked when the tenants moved in, but it didn't bother us. Marc is a fantastic host who lives just a few minutes away and is always quick to arrive and take care of us.
We had an excellent stay at Anne and Marc's.
Thank you to Marc for his warm welcome and responsiveness. The accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped; the room with a view of the Meuse is exceptional. Dinant is within walking distance (approximately 25 minutes), and parking is easy and free near the property.
