Simply because you'll find everything you need to organize your stay for two there: 

1. Our cottages are located on the banks of the Meuse 

From the window, you can see the waters of the river. Generally, the Meuse stays calmly within its banks… There's nothing to worry about. On the other hand, you have an unobstructed view of the river.

In the Petit Kangourou cottage, on the ground floor, you can see the Meuse River from the bedroom, and even from the living room. We have installed a glass partition between the two rooms, so as not to lose any of the river's charm.

This ground-floor cottage is equipped with a wood-burning stove. If the weather is gloomy and chilly, wouldn't it be nice to warm up by the fire ?

In the Grand Kangourou cottage, you can see the Meuse from the living room on the 1st floor or from the bedroom on the 2nd floor. This bedroom extends onto a small balcony.

During the summer season, you will undoubtedly notice that river life is more vibrant, with the passage of pleasure boats, in addition to freight river navigation.

2. The Kangourou cottages are a stone's throw from the centre of Dinant

Just over two steps: about two kilometers.  The city center, its main attractions, restaurants and breweries are therefore within easy reach, quickly accessible by road.

You are near Anseremme : this village is located at the confluence of the Lesse and Meuse rivers. A charming place, a peaceful village where it is pleasant to stroll. 

Anseremme offers walks along the banks of the Meuse River, within a nature reserve, or along the banks of the Lesse River. Just be aware that this area becomes particularly lively when the weather is warm and kayaking on the Lesse is open.

3. The privacy of the cottages and the flexibility of your schedules

At Gîtes Kangourou Dinant, you'll feel right at home. Not like a hotel with set meal times. You set your own schedule for activities and meals. You'll have completely private spaces—two cozy little havens just for you.

The Petit Kangourou can accommodate a maximum of two people: the ideal place for a couple. With living spaces spread over 60 m².

The Grand Kangourou cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. As a couple, you will simply be more comfortable in this accommodation, which is spread over two levels.

Whatever your choice, you're right at home here. There's no need to dress up for meals, even if it's a candlelit dinner. You can spend as much time as you like in casual attire. 

Let's not forget the ornamental gardenat the rear. Even though it is shared by both cottages, we are arranging it in such a way as to create different spaces for our guests.  

We also offer a variety of board games. If you would like to spend some time without internet access or screens, please let us know.

Finally, one last point: our cottages are anything but standardized and impersonal. We've taken great care in equipping and decorating them, making them welcoming. To offer you a unique experience. To spark your curiosity or even wonder, why not?
