Welcome to Grand Kangourou, a spacious cottage designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people in suitable conditions.

With its open living spaces, two bedrooms and warm atmosphere, it's perfect:

A family of 3 or 4 people
A small group of friends of 3 or 4 people (NB: the cottage has 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, i.e. 4 people maximum).
But also 2 people who each want to have their own room.

We can also accept a baby under 2 years old in addition.

This apartment is a duplex: it occupies the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, approximately 100 m². These two floors are accessible by stairs.

I am booking the Gîte le Grand Kangourou

The layout and amenities of this cottage for 2 to 4 people

Occupying two floors over nearly 100 m², the Gîte Le Grand Kangourou is a spacious and pleasant holiday apartment, adequately arranged and equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 people (+ possibly a baby under 2 years old).

With its exceptional view of the Meuse River and the Rocher Bayard to the front, you have the perfect setting for a change of scenery. And with the peaceful view of the garden and the Neffe district to the rear, rest and relaxation await. In short, an ideal place to stay in Dinant and explore the city and the surrounding region.

Discover how this apartment is laid out and equipped. - ground floor.

1. Rooms and fittings :

On the first floor:

- A living room with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs.
- A dining room (4 to 6 people), in the same open space as the living room
- A fully equipped kitchen : dishwasher, combination oven, electric coffee maker and kettle… and all the necessary utensils.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower (the toilet is in a separate room).
- A veranda and a private terrace at the rear, overlooking the garden with garden furniture.

On the second floor, in the attic:

- A spacious room with a queen-size bed and quality bedding.
- a room with two single beds.
- Both bedrooms havestorage space for your personal belongings and luggage.

2. Main equipment :

Wi-Fi connection .
Flat screen TV in "smart tv" mode (no channel package - you can connect to Netflix or Amazon if you have an account).
a small desk set up in the living room: this allows you to work if you are in workation mode.
A few books, one or two puzzles, and some board games. We've also planned some games for the children.
Gas central heating.
On request: cot for a baby under 2 years old (a high chair is standard equipment)

3. Other amenities at your disposal, shared with the other gîte :

Barbecue and landscaped garden, accessible from the rear via a private staircase.
Laundry room in the basement (washing machine, condenser dryer)
Secure underground parking for bicycles, motorcycles or any equipment for outdoor activities (kayak, etc.).
